All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is successfully received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. In case of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly delayed, and customers will be notified accordingly.

Shipping Time and Carriers

We utilize reliable carriers such as UPS Ground and FedEx to ensure your products reach you safely. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. Please note that transit times may vary; for instance, shipments to the West Coast (California or Seattle) may take slightly longer than those to Florida or the East Coast.

Shipping Costs and Pricing Strategy

To make your shopping experience simpler, we primarily follow a Free Shipping model for retail orders by including shipping costs in the product price. For wholesale or bulk purchases, shipping is calculated based on the shipment weight. All costs, if applicable, will be clearly shown at the checkout before you finalize your payment.

Shipment Weight and Bulk Orders

Our shipping rates are calculated based on an average T-shirt weight of 0.45 lb (150 GSM). For bulk buyers, we categorize shipments into weight brackets (e.g., 50 shirts $\approx$ 23 lbs, 100 shirts $\approx$ 45 lbs) to provide the most accurate and economical shipping rates possible.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. This allows you to monitor your shipment's progress and see the estimated delivery date in real-time through the carrier's portal.

Taxes and State Regulations

Sales tax is applied according to the destination state's laws (e.g., ~7-10% for California, ~6-7% for Florida). This tax is typically charged on the product price. While most states do not impose an additional "shipping tax," we comply with all local tax regulations based on your delivery address.

Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to meet every deadline, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier backlogs, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand. Worthsports LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers but will assist you in tracking your package.

Incorrect Address and Delivery Issues

Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Furthermore, Worthsports LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
